Whenever a player registration is withdrawn - for any reason – an email containing your name, address and child’s name must be sent to our Registrar and President at [email protected] and [email protected]
Upon receipt of the request, the Lexington Soccer Association may Issue a refund in accordance with the refund schedule shown below. The Lexington Soccer Association does not offer full refunds once registration has been submitted. The reduction in refund is for online registration fees and/or uniforms paid out by the Lexington Soccer Association and less a small administrative fee.
Registration fees may NOT be carried over to the next season.
Request received by July 15th – Full refund less a $10 administrative fee
Request received after July 31st – Refund less a $20 cancellation fee and a $10 administrative fee
Request received after August 31st – No refund of fall fees. If you paid for both fall and spring seasons, a refund of spring fees ($50) less a $10 administrative fee will be issued.
Credit card processing fees and/or $3 registration fee are non-refundable.
Late fees are non-refundable.
If the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limit our program in any way, no set refunds will be made. The Lexington Soccer Association board will meet and determine if refunds are to be issued and what amount, if any, to refund.
